Services for Adults

Sandwell Asian Family Support Service provides a range of quality integrated care and support services for South Asian adults Aged 18-40 years who have a disability. An adult can choose to receive domiciliary care (personal care at home), be supported to access universal services in the community and also attend one of our adults’ group sessions. SAFSS also provide one-to-one and two-to-one support for adult with disabilities based on individual need and all services provided for adults follow the person-centred planning approach.
